When using the used filter paper, the filter paper must be dried without any damage. Note that the side with filter residue (that is, the dirty side) should be placed against the filter frame, not the filter plate, so as to prevent the filter residue from being filtered here. Flushed down, contaminating the filtered oil.
When the filtration pressure is high and the filter paper is found to break through, the side of the filter plate can be lined with filter cloth to increase the strength of the filter. After placing the filter paper, turn the handwheel to compress the filter plate. When pressing the plate, only one person is allowed, and the group cannot extend the compression handle to compress, so as not to damage the machine. Close the sampling nozzle. If the user has a valve on the oil discharge pipeline, the valve [ ] should be unscrewed. Turn on the power supply of the motor to make the oil filter work. The normal working pressure of the oil filter varies with the viscosity of the filter oil and the resistance of the discharge pipe. Generally, it is in the range of 0.05-0.3 MPa. The initial pressure of the filter is relatively low. As the filtration time increases, the filter residue and filter paper absorb more water and the pressure gradually increases. When it reaches a certain level (depending on the user's oil requirements), the filter paper should be replaced.
During the oil filtering process, when extracting oil samples, the oil nozzle can be unscrewed to take samples.
When shutting down, open the intake valve first, stop the machine after there is no oil in the oil outlet pipe, close the oil inlet and outlet valves, stop the oil pump, loosen the pressing device, take out the filter paper piece by piece, clean the filter paper and filter residue in the filter frame, replace the filter paper and clamp it again Press down and cover the tank. Finally, clean the coarse filter, cover it again and tighten the bolts after cleaning, and use it next time.
Maintenance and safety technology of plate and frame oil filter:
1. Always keep the machine clean.
2. The filter plate and filter frame are relatively fragile, so handle it with care when using it.
3. When pushing the oil filter, the speed should not be too fast, so as not to damage the machine due to violent impact.
4. Always add lubricating oil to the compression screw nut.
5. When using the oil filter, the motor casing should be grounded to prevent accidents due to poor insulation of the motor.
6. The connecting bolts of each bracket of the motor should be checked frequently to prevent loosening.
7. If the amount of filtered oil is found to be insufficient, check the following 5 aspects:
(1) There are air leaks in the suction pipe, coarse filter, oil inlet valve and joints.
(2) The suction pipe is too long (generally no more than 5 meters) or the diameter of the pipe does not meet the requirements.
(3) Whether the oil inlet pipe and the coarse filter net are blocked.
(4) Whether there are other accessories installed on the suction pipe part, which causes excessive resistance.
(5) Whether the gear pump and the safety valve are loose or not tight.
