Maintenance method of fire-resistant oil filter:
The maintenance points of the fire-resistant oil filter are as follows:
a) Dry the vacuum pump oil regularly to get rid of the water in the vacuum pump oil. At this time, close the vacuum valve and only start the vacuum pump to run for 30 minutes.
b) Check the vacuum pump oil level. When turbidity occurs, the special vacuum pump oil (vacuum pump oil grade GS77) should be replaced in time.
c) Check the connection of the inlet and outlet pipes.
d) During operation, when the pressure difference between the excitation gauge 1 and the pressure gauge 2 exceeds 100KPa, the differential jade alarms, or the filter element is replaced according to the actual use.
e) When the pressure difference between pressure gauge 2 and pressure gauge 3 exceeds 100Kpa, clean or replace the vacuum diffuser core according to the actual usage.
f) When the pressure difference between pressure gauge 3 and pressure gauge 4 exceeds 100Kpa, the differential pressure alarm, or clean or replace the replacement core according to the actual use.
