1 Since the vacuum oil filter is used less frequently (only used once in a year or two), the operator should read the manual carefully before operation, and must be familiar with the operation method of the oil filter.
2. Operate in strict accordance with the operation sequence of the manual, strictly control the oil level of the oil tank, and prevent the supplementary oil from being sucked into the vacuum pump.
3 The oil temperature is generally controlled at 40-60°C (except for special instructions in the manual).
4. Always check the oil pipe joints and valves of the oil filter equipment for blockage and oil leakage during use. If a fault is found, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and treatment. Anti-static grounding measures should be taken for the metal pipes of the oil filter and oil system.
5. When the outlet oil pressure of the vacuum oil purifier is greater than 0.3Mpa during operation, the cause should be checked, and the filter element should be stopped to clean or replace the filter element if it is blocked.
6 Operators must strictly abide by their jobs, be serious and responsible, and must not do other irrelevant things when on duty.
7. The use of pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited at the working site of the oil filter, and smoking is not allowed near the oil filter equipment.
8 The on-duty personnel should pay attention to the oil inlet and outlet and the operation of the motor. Operation without phase is strictly prohibited.
9 When using an oil heater, the oil pump should be turned on first, but when the heater is put into use, the operation sequence is reversed when it is stopped.
10. If the heater is put into use, the heater should be stopped 5 minutes before the shutdown to prevent the accident of the dry-burning heater.
11 After the work is completed, cut off the power supply and clean up the site.
