Insulation oil must be filtered through high precision to achieve high insulation values, and most vacuum oil filters require more impurities.
Two: Oil
The viscosity of high viscosity oil can not pass through the fine screen of the vacuum oil filter. The precision of the dish can be filtered out. However, if a precision filter is used to emphasize the cleanliness of the oil, it will increase the operating cost of the vacuum oil filter. Because the filter element is often blocked, it is necessary to clean or even replace the filter element frequently.
Three: Increase or decrease the axial pressure
Increasing the axial pressure of the vacuum oil filter allows the oil to pass through the filter more quickly, but it tends to crush the filter.
Four: the oil filter hole is blocked
The vacuum oil filter requires frequent cleaning to keep the machine clean. The connection bolts between the motor and the vacuum oil filter bracket should be frequently checked to prevent loosening. Lube should always be applied to the compression nut.
Five: Oil quantity
The control vacuum oil filter is operated according to the capacity of the oil filter. After filtering the oil for 2 to 3 times, open the nozzle and take out the oil sample until the test is stopped.
Six: too much oil label
When working on the vacuum oil filter, pay attention to the oil label. If there is too much oil in the oil pan, open the oil return valve, drain the oil in the oil pan, and close the oil return valve.
