1. Collect and keep the waste oil
To make good use of waste oil, it is necessary to collect and keep good waste oil collection, which is directly related to the effect of processing and recycling. For example, it is difficult to restore the original quality of waste gasoline oil mixed with grease or gear oil, and it is not suitable for recycling. Therefore, the following points should be noted when collecting and storing waste oil:

The container for waste oil storage should be clean, and the container should have a tightly closed lid and washer to prevent further oxidation or evaporation of the oil and prevent external pollution. Different kinds of waste oil recycling should be stored separately, not mixed at least the waste oil should be divided into several categories of collection: waste gasoline oil, waste diesel engine oil, waste kerosene (diesel, gasoline), waste gear oil, waste grease
2). Waste washing oil regeneration washing oil is generally used with kerosene, diesel or gasoline.
After repeated use, the washing oil will carry a large number of lubricating oil, sludge, metal particles and other mechanical impurities, which will affect the normal use. However, the above substances do not react chemically with the washing oil, so the regeneration method is simpler. Regeneration methods general water washing method and distillation method.
Water washing method: First pour the waste oil into a container with a water discharge valve, rinse with water, and then settle for 12 hours, discharge the water at the bottom, and get recycled washing oil
Distillation method: The distillation equipment should have a still pot, condensing pipe, cold bucket and heating stove, etc. These equipment can simply use other materials to replace a waste oil precipitation filter before distillation, and remove water impurities first. Then add about 2/3 of the waste oil to the still each time, and heat the waste oil temperature to 95~C, a small amount of water will flow out of the condensing pipe. At this time, control the heating speed and slow it to prevent overflow. When there is no water in the condensing pipe and the oil temperature rises to 115~C, the normal heating speed can be restored until the oil temperature is 200°C, the outflow is gasoline. At 200-350 tons, a mixture of kerosene and diesel oil is discharged, allowing the oil to cool and releasing the oil residue to complete the regeneration work.
