1)The DIR series oil distillation plant can recycle gasoline engine oil, diesel engine oil, mineral oil, synthetic oil, motor oil, transmission oil, hydraulic oil and other lubricant oil to clean oil, like SN150,SN300,SN350,SN500.
2)The recovery rate of this machine is more than 85%
3)only need to add one chemical, named catalyst, percentage:2%-5%,Our company developed a kind of composite catalyst, through catalyzing, the harmful substances are selectively processed, for example, polymerization, shielding, passivation effect and discharged as residues, so as to remove the unstable factors of the waste lubricating oil, make it became qualified lubricating base oil.
4)Low cost contain:
I: only need the catalyst chemical, the cost is less than US$30 to refine one ton waste oil.
II:Heat consumption: 105kcal per ton waste oil
III: Power consumption: 40Kwh to recycle 1 ton waste oil

FAQ
Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

Q: Why the machine need work under high vacuum condition?(-50pa)
A:The oil distillation plant works under negative pressure, the boiling rage of the used oil is lower under high vacuum condition, if without vacuum unit, the oil will crack when temperature up to 420-450 degree( and the oil will become to diesel when temperature is 450 degree),as we know,lower temperature with high oil quality.
Q: Does the recycled base oil can be reused directly?
A: Yes, can do. it can be reused for low engine or agricultural tool directly, or as lube oil for crane etc.construction tools.
also you can add oil additive to create new hydraulic oil, engine oil.
