Product Description

Transformer oil treatment machine are mainly divided into two types: single vacuum oil purifiers and double stage high-efficiency vacuum oil purifiers. The transformer oil filter can quickly remove the harmful components in the oil such as moisture, gas and impurities in the transformer oil, improve the lubricating performance of the transformer oil, and reduce the rust or corrosion of the oil-using equipment due to excessive moisture or impurity content of the transformer oil. , prolong the service life of oil-using equipment.

 

Product Maintenance

(1) The transformer oil treatment machine should be checked after running for a period of time

1. Whether the electrical control system is safe and reliable;

2. Whether the temperature controller is sensitive, reliable and accurate;

3. Whether the pump shaft oil seal is damaged or leaked;

4. Whether the operating system is blocked, and whether the operating noise of the pump and the corresponding motor is abnormal;

5. Whether there is air leakage or oil leakage in each pipeline system and seal;

6. Whether the liquid level control is reliable.

(2) After the motor runs for 3000 hours, the grease should be added to prevent the motor from burning out.

(3) Attention should be paid to the replacement or supplementation of vacuum pump oil at any time, special vacuum pump oil or N46 lubricating oil for vacuum pump.

(4) If transformer oil treatment machine has been shut down for more than one month, the machine should be placed in a dry environment, the electric control cabinet door and all valves should be closed, and the machine should be covered with anti-rust grease.
