Product Description
The DIR series black engine oil recycling machine can recycle gasoline engine oil, diesel engine oil, mineral oil, synthetic oil, motor oil, transmission oil, hydraulic oil and other lubricant oil to clean oil, like SN150,SN300,SN350,SN500. Change black oil into yellow color, the final oil color is NO.1~2. The recovery rate of this machine is more than 85%. Only need to add one chemical, named catalyst, percentage:2%-5%,Our company developed a kind of composite catalyst, through catalyzing, the harmful substances are selectively processed, for example, polymerization, shielding, passivation effect and discharged as residues, so as to remove the unstable factors of the waste lubricating oil, make it became qualified. It is environmental friendly.
Advantages
◆ There are optional ways to heat the oil, like the boiler way by using fuel, natural gas or coal. Also, if machine is small capacity, we can use the electric heating way.
◆ By using the high vacuum distilling way, so the distilling temperature is low, energy saving and safety.
