ZJD-F automatic oil water separation equipment is very professional to separate water thoroughly and quickly from diesel fuel, diesel oil, fuel oil and light oil etc.
Features:
1. ZJD-F series machine adopt special oil&water separator which requires no heating. And the dehydration efficiency is above 25 times higher than other type of purifiers.
2. Ensure that the specification of the oil not degradation and deterioration due to no heating.
3. Water can be discharged online automatically without the presence of operators, so it is easy to operate.
4. Low operation cost, the cost will be 50% lower than vacuum purifier, centrifugal purifier and filter press.
5. Adopt high precision and stainless steel FH rectangle filtration system that import from Japan, the precision of filter can reach up to 3-5 micron.

The Filters of ZJD-F
1. Agglomeration(coalescence)filter, adopt macromolecule materials, when used oil contain water, the waste oil is emulsifying,the Agglomeration filter can separate water from oil; generally, it can use for 1-2 year;
2. Water Separator, which is used to remove the water, the superiority of the Water Separator is that water can enter but the oil is prevented outside; can use for 1-2 year;
3. Stainless stell filter, remove suspended particles up to 5 microns, which can be cleaned by oil and used for 2-3years.
