This high vacuum transformer oil filter machine main treat the black/dark transformer oil to yellow clean transformer oil,this machine adopts the double stages vacuum system ,filter system and decolor system,which can improve the machine working vacuum value highly, so it can decolor,remove the water, gas and impurities in transformer oil high-efficiently, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, make sure the electric device running safely.
Application:
The high vacuum transformer oil filter machine suitable for maintenance of power facilities higher than 110KV with deeply deteriorated transformer oil, insulation oil, and the insulation oil need recovery of PH value and solute water level or recovery of color.
Generally it is used for vacuum processing of transformer oil, new oil, imported oil, mutual conductor oil, and capacitor oil of power transmission system or refrigerator oil ect. . Also, it can be used for vacuum filling and drying of transformer.

Guarantees & Documentation:
Tongrui guarantees the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of sixteen (16) months from date of shipment or twelve (18) months after the start up of the system. Tongrui’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing, without change FOB point of manufacture, a similar part to replace any part, which was proven to be defective within wattanty period. Tongrui shall not in any event be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages. The performance guarantee will be within limitations as detailed in duty & performance paragraph of this specification.
Two (2) copies of operating & maintenance manuals are supplied with each purifier and the videos how to run the machine we will send email to you, too. These systems are designed to operate with the utmost simplicity and is required, please contact Tongrui for additional charges.
