Our DIR used oil recycling machine is particularly suitable to regenerate used internal-combustion engine oil including diesel engine oil, gasoline engine oil and used hydraulic oil, other used machinery’s lubrication oil.DIR series are able to effectively remove colloid, oxid, acid, pitch, particles, impurities, water, gas in the used engine oil. Specially, it can restore the color of used oil and remove the scent rapidly.
Working principle
our company researches the new used oil recycling machine (DIR waste vacuum oil distillation machine) from 2005,We’re the first factory to produce the vacuum oil distillation plant and with ten years of improvement, our technology is very mature, This equipment use the vacuum distillation way to distillate the different oil from the used oil,The DIR waste oil distillation machine heat the waste oil to (from 110℃ to 300℃) different temperature under high vacuum condition, making Hydrocarbon molecules break out, and re-order combination, forming diesel oil, lubricating base oil etc. This newest techonology machine is very suitable for the oil refinery company, also for the small oil company who want to make the new engine oil by self.

1. The catalyst system include the Catalyst Reactor, blender;
2. The chemistry treatment system include the Chemistry reactor, blender, oil pump
3. The heating distilling system inlcude the distilling tower, distilling kettle, heater, circle pump;
4. The Cooling system include the refrigerating machine, water pump, water tank, cooler I, cooler II, Condenser;
5. The Vacuum system include the Vacuum water receiver, vacuum pump, vacuum cooler
6. The Degasification system include the vacuum exhauster, exhaust fan, degasification plant, water pump, radiator, deodorizer.
7. The Oil storage system include the distilling storage tank
8. The Control system include all kinds of gauge( vacuum gauge, pressure gauge etc.) and electricity controller tank
