The transformer oil filter machine can efficiently remove the moisture, gas and impurities in the insulating oil, improve the compressive strength of the oil and the quality of the oil, and ensure the safe operation of the power equipment. Mainly used in power sector and industrial and mining enterprises to deal with unqualified transformer oil, transformer oil, switch oil, etc.
Transformer oil filter features:
One pot with two-stage vacuum-segregating space, it comes into being different pressure so as to keep oil line balance between two stages.
Imported vacuum-pump from Europe has preceding level in the world and high air pump speed guarantee high working vacuity.
New technology of vacuum-segregating adopts particular spinning disk and stainless steel machine with dehydration and air pump

Oil level control adopts photoelectric way of which the main components are imported from Switzerland.

Test machine
1. Close all valves of transformer oil filter machine, connect the oil inlet and outlet pipes, and ensure that the oil passage from the oil tank to the inlet and outlet of the machine is unobstructed.
2. Correctly connect the three-phase four-wire power supply.
3. Start the vacuum pump and the oil drain pump, and pay attention to observe whether the rotation direction of the vacuum pump and the oil drain pump is correct, and whether the vacuum pump-motor, oil pump-motor is blocked.
4. Check whether the temperature controller and the heater are interlocked, that is, the temperature controller controls the heater, which can only be done in an instant.
5. Close the valve connected to the atmosphere, open the pipeline valve, and start the vacuum pump. After the maximum vacuum value indicated by the vacuum gauge is stable, stop the pump for 5 minutes. During this period, observe that the drop of the vacuum gauge pointer should not exceed 0.001Mpa, otherwise the air leakage should be eliminated.
