Product Description
Using advanced vacuum distillation technology,which is different from the traditional sulfuric acid and the flocculation process. Traditional process uses sulfuric, or other acid to treat used motor oil. The recovery rate of that is low and harmful to human beings. The traditional process usually needs more workers to watch the working site. From a long time, the traditional machine needs more and cost more. But vacuum distillation machine is developed technology, cost less and get better result.
Waste oil treatment plant is mainly for kinds lube oils, transformer oil, engine oil, motor oil, turbine oil and so on to clean base oil. The machine is only used a little catalysts to handle the waste engine oil. It is no secondary pollution. It is mainly used to change waste oil into clean base oil. The final base oil will be SN150, SN250, SN300. The base oil can be used as the raw materials of kinds of usable oil, such as new engine oil, new motor oil, new lubricant oil and so on.

1) Final clean base oil from the tank without second treatment
The final base oil you needn't second handle for you by whiteclay, it is beautiful golden yellow color from the tank directly. The base oil can be kept well and no color changed for more than 6months.
When the color is a little changed, then we have the after-treatment part to handle it in the machine.
2)High vacuum system
Waste oil treatment plant we adopt high vacuum system and it is used in extremely vacuum degree to get the clean base oil.
The base oil can be kept for a longer time and difficult to oxidized.
The vacuum system of ours is not only one small vacuum pump, but vacuum pump sets. It can keep the machine safe without happening the explosion danger.
