Usage
BZ portable oil filter series utilize a physiochemical reaction to eliminate the acidic component, the suspended particles and the sedimentation material etc. from the oil, it mainly used to decolor from the waste transformer oil,hydraulic oil, turbine oil and refrigerant oil, switch oil to limpid clean oil( the color is light yellow)
Also it can be connected with ZJA,ZJB or ZJD machine, If oil acid value is too high, can choice our BZ regeneration device, reduce the acid value and dielectric loss, after process, acid value is less than 0.03(mgKOH/g), let quality indicator meet the standard of "GB / T 7596-2008" oil quality standards ". it can demulsification, dehydration, remove acid and impurities online, let the turbid emulsified oil become clear and transparent.
Technical Features
There are several filters in the machine, which are filled with special decolor sand. It is separated three groups, which is
parallel connection, and each group include 3 or 4 filters, which is series connection, so you can open 3 groups filters together to regenerate the oil one pass to get the white oil. Moreover, you can close one of groups for cleaning it or changing the chemical, but the other two groups can work continuously.
Note: The machine’s design is easy to fill in and drain out the chemical, it’s no need to open each filter for putting in and taking out the chemical. The machine is easy to operate, the function and effect is very high.
After treatment of the oil
The oil after handling by BZ portable oil filter machine, the dielectric loss can reach less than 0.005 tgδ (90℃)%, the precision will be smaller than ≤5 µm(or as your requirement), the dielectric voltage after treating will be higher than ≥45KV, acid value can be less than 0.03mgKOH/g.
