Our DIR series used engine oil recycling machine, which is adopts vacuum distillation technology and get the authentic patents for the whole system by government. It is used unique catalyst to handle the waste engine oil, and let the waste oil in high temperature to distill out clean different grade base oil. The whole distillation machine is friendly to the environment, which has the waste gas handling system, even for the waste final water, we have the handling system to re-use it. So all the machine has no pollution to the environment and reach the EU standard.

The DIR series used engine oil recycling machine can recycle gasoline engine oil, diesel engine oil, mineral oil, synthetic oil, motor oil, transmission oil, hydraulic oil and other lubricant oil to clean oil, like SN150,SN300,SN350,SN500. The recovery rate of this machine is more than 85%. Only need to add one chemical, named catalyst, percentage:2%-5%,Our company developed a kind of composite catalyst, through catalyzing, the harmful substances are selectively processed, for example, polymerization, shielding, passivation effect and discharged as residues, so as to remove the unstable factors of the waste lubricating oil, make it became qualified. It is environmental friendly.
