Fuel oil purification is suitable for the purification of aviation fuel, gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other light oils, removes moisture and impurities in the oil, prolongs the life of the nozzle and improves the efficiency of the fuel engine. It is an ideal equipment for oil depots and oil storage stations.
Features:
ZJD-F fuel oil purification consists of a coarse filter system, a secondary filter system, a fine filter system, a coalescence separation chamber, an oil pump and a circuit control system.
1) Filtration and dehydration functions to remove emulsified water, free water and impurities in the corresponding oil;
2) Filter the oil separately and use it as a fuel dispenser; its working principle is: the oil flows through a special high-efficiency The filter element, through the gradually narrowing pore structure of the filter element from the surface to the inside, along the flow direction, intercepts the pollution particles of different sizes in layers, which improves the service life and filtration efficiency of the filter element;
3) The inner circulation is set to facilitate the replacement of the coalescence separation filter element.

Working principle
Firstly, the used oil is pumped into the primary filter, large particles of impurities are removed. The oil which is removed large particles of impurities, and then the oil conveyed to the fine filter to remove the smaller impurities. Then the oil will be continued into the coalescer system, which used molecular separation techniques to transform resolve the oil, so that can eliminate intermolecular bonding force. Then the dissolved water, free water, rapid ulceration film from oil molecules precipitate. At last the water and impurities can be removed completely. So as to achieve the desired moisture and cleanliness requirements.

Preparation before use
1. All parts of the fuel oil purification have been adjusted and tested before leaving the factory. When they are transported to the site of use, they must be checked whether they are in good condition.
2. The oil filter is placed smoothly, the oil inlet is connected to the oil discharge port at the lower part of the oil tank, and the oil outlet is connected to the upper part of the oil tank.
3. After long-distance transportation, it is necessary to re-tighten the connection parts of various components, such as connecting flanges, filter cover plates, etc.
