Application

DIR series used oil recycling machine are mainly applied to waste mineral lubricating oil (including waste engine oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, mixed oil) regeneration.The equipment is suitable for refineries and small enterprises that need to process waste mineral lubricating oil.

The base oil with good quality and a small amount of gasoline and diesel oil are obtained by vacuum distillation. In the distillation process, hydrocarbon chains are broken and the molecules are recombined to form a new oil product which is then changed into an oil mist and then condensed into a liquid and the final qualified base oil. It can effectively remove wear residue, asphaltene, wax, impurities, moisture, acid value, carbon deposition, and oxides from the oil.In the process of treatment, only a little waste residue and water are produced, and volatiles are discharged after purification and completely burning.

Working principle

DIR used oil recycling machine ( DIR used oil vacuum distillation plant): Used oil is mixed with catalyst in chemical treatment tank, then it is sent to distillation kettle to circulate and be heated. With the temperature increasing in the distillation plant, the used oil is distilled out into different parts and through three stages, it is cooled to change into liquid. After that, they’re respectively stored in water , gasoline/diesel, light lube oil, heavy lube oil receivers. The unreduced gas will be sent to the furnace of boiler to burn and be disposed in order to ensure “zero “discharge of harmful gas. While the oil residue can be utilized as fuel to avoid pollution from it.
