1.Connect the oil inlet pipe of the equipment to the oil outlet of the treated oil tank, and connect the oil outlet to the oil inlet above the treated oil tank.
2.Open the electrical box, check whether all electrical components are complete, whether they are loose or damp, remove debris, and connect the main power supply and ground wire. Close the main power switch.
3.Open the isolating valve in front of the water separator and the isolating valve below, the reflux valve below the demister, the isolating valve below the condenser, and the isolating valve in front of the fine filter. All other valves are closed.
4.Start the vacuum pump and start to work, the vacuum pump operation indicator light is on, and observe that the negative pressure of the vacuum gauge reaches the specified value; (generally close to -0.08MPa is enough) After the vacuum pump is running normally, open the oil inlet valve, observe the vacuum cylinder, and wait for the oil to enter the back of the vacuum cylinder The heater can be activated.
5.After the oil pump is running normally, set the temperature of the temperature controller. For the temperature setting method, please refer to the instruction manual of the temperature controller. If the oil temperature is lower than the set value of the temperature controller and the oil level in the heater reaches the sensor control point, the heater will start heating.
6.When the oil level reaches the lower window of the vacuum cylinder, open the oil outlet valve and start the oil discharge pump. (At the beginning of use, because the inside of the machine is wet or the water in the oil is too large, you can slightly open the air valve to reduce the vacuum and eliminate foam.) If the water content of the turbine oil is too large, you must pay attention to it during normal use. When the oil foam rises, the oil foam must not exceed the upper window, so as not to enter the vacuum pump and cause failure. After the machine is running normally, close the intake valve. In normal operation, it is necessary to control the small rise of oil foam and control the vacuum degree at about -0.08MPa.
7.Every time the machine runs for the first time, in order to put the oil filter into operation as soon as possible to ensure that the oil is qualified, the circulation valve must be opened for internal circulation.
8.According to the specific conditions of the working conditions, the regulating valve is about to be opened or about to be closed (the factory condition is 0 altitude, horizontal oil inlet) to ensure the basic balance of oil inlet and outlet.
9.In case of emergency during operation, you can immediately press the emergency stop button SBRS, and the machine will stop working; if you need to resume work, turn the emergency stop button to the left to reset, and the machine will start working again.
