This machine is composed of gear wheel pump, filter, safety valve, oil return valve, filter bed, rear bracket, chassis, tie rod, coupling, and motor. The gear pump, coupling and motor are installed on the chassis. Above, the filter is installed on the front side of the gear pump, and the oil return valve is installed on the filter, and the filter bed is installed above the gear pump, in which the filter plates and frames are alternately formed into the filter chamber, and the inlet and outlet hoses are connected to the inlet and outlet pipes. On the joint, when the oil is sucked from the oil inlet of the filter, after the larger particles are removed through the filter, it enters the gear pump.
The gear pump rotates under the drive of the motor to generate extrusion force, so that the oil enters the filter bed, penetrates the filter paper to filter the oil impurities, and then discharges the oil from the oil outlet pipe. When the oil pressure exceeds the specified value, the safety valve will start immediately, so that the oil will circulate in the oil pump by itself, and the oil pressure will not rise again to ensure the safety of the equipment. The oil sample valve is used to take oil samples for pressure resistance and other physical and chemical properties. In the experiment, the pressure type plate and frame oil filter adopts the chassis roller structure, which can be moved by pulling the pull rod manually.
