Maintenance and safety technology of pressure type plate and frame oil filter:
1. Always keep the machine clean.
2. The filter plate and filter frame are relatively fragile, so handle them with care when using them.
3. When pushing the oil filter, the speed should not be too fast, so as not to damage the machine due to violent impact.
4. Always add lubricating oil to the compression screw nut.
5. When using the pressure type plate and frame oil filter, the motor shell should be electrically grounded to prevent accidents due to poor insulation of the motor.
6. The connecting bolts of each bracket of the motor should be checked frequently to prevent loosening.
If it is found that the amount of oil filter is insufficient, check the following 5 aspects:
(1) There are air leaks in the suction pipe, coarse filter, oil inlet valve and joints.
(2) The suction pipe is too long (generally no more than 5 meters) or the diameter of the pipe does not meet the requirements.
(3) Whether the oil inlet pipe and the coarse filter net are blocked.
(4) Whether there are other accessories in the suction pipe, which cause excessive resistance.
(5) Whether the gear pump and the safety valve are loose or not tight.
