The transformer oil filter can quickly remove the harmful components in the oil such as moisture, gas and impurities in the transformer oil, improve the lubricating performance of the transformer oil, and reduce the rust or corrosion of the oil-using equipment due to excessive moisture or impurity content of the transformer oil. , prolong the service life of oil-using equipment.
The oil purifier is mainly used for large-scale transmission and transformation voltage equipment above 110KV and the national main transformation network, on-site maintenance of transformers in large substations and rapid and in-depth treatment of new oil, imported oil and other insulating oils, new oil, imported oil, transformer oil and Vacuum filtration and purification of relatively precious oils such as capacitor oil and refrigeration oil in substation systems. Compared with the single-stage vacuum oil filter, the product has faster and more complete dehydration, degassing and impurity removal (mechanical impurities and free carbon). 35KV, reducing the harm of oil quality aging caused by repeated heating of general oil purifiers.
1. Working principle
When the oil filter is working, the oil enters the primary filter through the inlet under the action of the internal and external pressure difference, and the large particles of impurities are filtered out. After the oil is heated by multi-stage infrared rays, it enters the special personalized vacuum separator. The mist is first formed in the device, and then the film is formed, so that the contact area in the vacuum is enlarged hundreds of times of the original, and it is rapidly vaporized and discharged from the vacuum system.
The water vapor discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator is first cooled and dehumidified by the condenser, and then enters the cooler to be cooled again, and the condensed water is discharged into the water storage tank. The vacuum pump is discharged into the air. The dry oil in the vacuum separator after vacuum vaporization and dehydration is raised from negative pressure to positive pressure by the oil transfer pump. After filtering, the clean oil is discharged from the oil outlet to complete the entire oil purification process.
2. Operation Instructions
1. Before opening the oil filter, the vacuum degree and control temperature should be set. According to the different altitudes, the vacuum degree of the electric contact vacuum meter is set between -0.07~0.09Mpa, and the temperature of the temperature controller is generally set at 45~65℃.
2. Open the valve on the intake pipe of the vacuum pump, start the vacuum pump, and observe the rise of the vacuum degree.
3. When the vacuum degree reaches the set vacuum degree, the electrical contact is turned on; the oil inlet solenoid valve is automatically opened, and the oil starts to be fed, and the heater is put into use at the same time.
4. When the oil enters the vacuum tank and the oil level reaches the lower limit height of the infrared oil level automatic controller on the oil level gauge, the internal relay contact of the infrared oil level automatic controller is turned on, the oil outlet solenoid valve is automatically opened, and the oil pump is at the same time. Automatically open, the oil outlet starts to discharge oil; if the oil level exceeds the upper limit height of the infrared oil level automatic controller on the oil level gauge, the oil inlet solenoid valve will be automatically closed to stop oil inflow, so as to prevent the vacuum tank from running out of oil; if the oil When the level is lower than the lower limit height of the infrared oil level automatic controller on the oil level gauge, the oil pump will automatically stop draining oil. So as to ensure the automatic control of the entire oil filtering process.
5. The transformer oil purifier is working normally, and after the oil has been circulated several times, samples can be taken from the sampling port for testing.
