Two-stage vacuum oil filter operation steps:

1. Connect the oil filter to the power supply, connect the inlet and outlet pipes, and close the valves required to be closed in the manual according to the flow chart.

2. Start the vacuum pump, when the vacuum degree reaches -0.08Mpa, open the oil inlet valve and the oil outlet valve, so that the oil gradually flows into the oil filter.

3. Observe the oil spraying in the vacuum separator through the visual window. After filling the heater, the prefilter and the water separator, the oil will be sprayed in the vacuum separator. When the oil level reaches the electric float liquid When the level is on the liquid level, the oil pump will automatically start and start to discharge oil.

4. If the oil inlet and outlet are unbalanced, the oil inlet and outlet can be balanced by adjusting the oil inlet and outlet valves. For example, if the pumping speed of the oil pump is too fast, the oil outlet valve can be properly closed to reduce the oil output and achieve the balance of oil in and out. If the viscosity of the cold oil is too large before heating, resulting in less oil intake and an increase in the pressure index, the bypass valve can be appropriately opened (but not more than 1/3 of the angle) to achieve the balance of oil in and out.

5. After the oil is filtered through the oil filter to form a normal circulation. Set the temperature controller between 45 and 70 °C, so that the oil is heated at a constant temperature to ensure the normal degassing and dehydration of the vacuum separator.

6. In the early stage of oil filtration, the oil tends to form foam in the vacuum separator, and the air release valve can be properly opened to defoaming.

7. When the oil purifier works normally, the filtered water vapor and gas are cooled and deposited in the water reservoir in the cooler.

8. Drain the water tank until the water is drained. After a period of operation, a sample can be taken at the oil take-off valve of the oil filter for testing.
