I.Introduction:
Our DIR waste lube oil recovery to yellow oil machine can produce the base oil and diesel from black dirty engine oil, waste lube oil after through high vacuum distillation.
II. Advantage:
1. We can choice the heating way during the waste lube oil recovery to yellow oil machine running,The machine can use the boiler way by using fuel, natural gas or coal. Also, if machine is small capacity, the machine can use the electric heating way.
2. The machine working by high vacuum distilling way, so the distilling temperature is low, It can keep the final oil without smell and safety.
3. The machine working without chemical treatment,it’s enviroment friendly,If you wanna keep the final oil color more good or storage more long time,You also can use the special additve o catalyze the waste engine oil, which makes sure the final diesel oil, gasoline oil and base oil are good anti-oxidation with good color, there is no bad odor. The final oil can be storage for one year without color change and odor change.
4. We use the SS 304 material to produce the oil cooler system which has the good heating exchange function,It can get long life time.
5. Environmental friendly, there is only 5-8% of the oil residual under the distilling kettle, we also can use the final oil residual as the boiler fuel, so there is no pollution.
6. The final oil is high purity; gasoline/diesel oil and lube base oil be loaded in different oil tanks.
7. Machine design life is 10 years, long working life time.
8. Easy operation, only 1 or 2 workers can operate the machine.
