Function:
ZJD-K high efficient hydraulic oil filters is used to filter and separate water,impurities and gas,especially remove big quantity impurities,such as fine powders,metal powders,coal powder etc. Suspended impurities,floccule,fibers(paper and cotton wool) from hydraulic oil, gear oil,injection molding machine oil, vacuum pump oil, or the oil from paper industry,smelting and mining industry.
This high efficient hydraulic oil filters also can work together with decolorization system,which can adsorb and regenerate the oil, reduce the acid value and change color.
You can choose ZJD-Khigh efficient hydraulic oil filters if have high filtration accuracy requirement.
Feature:
1. ZJD-K is composed of ZJD vacuum hydraulic oil purifier and BK press filter machine,the two functions can be worked together or worked separately.
2. Four-stages filtration system, which can effectively filter out suspended particles and fine powdery impurities from the oil.
3. Three-dimensional complex type flash evaporation and aggregation separation,which can remove water and gas rapidly and thoroughly.
4. Strong wind condensing system: can quickly condense water vapor into water, increase the dehydration rate and reduce the vacuum pump load.
5. Infrared Oil-level Controlling System
1)The oil-level floating ball or infrared liquid level automatic controller system are installed in the vacuum vessel to control the oil level so as to avoid the oil being suctioned into vacuum pump in the operation.
2)When oil quantity is lower than the level of the float ball, then the oil pump will start-up automatically and pump oil into the vacuum vessel, when oil is up to the floating ball level, pump will stop automatically.
6. Digital intelligent temperature controller can set upper and lower limits for heating temperature, stable control and direct temperature display. The temperature probe detects the oil temperature directly, the temperature measurement is sensitive and accurate, and there is no hysteresis.
7. The machine is provided with overpressure, overcurrent, overload and anti-dry protection measures to ensure the safe operation.
